Remote First

We’re fully remote within U.S. working hours, with a preference for NYC-based candidates as we plan for a small office soon.

Sprints & Async

We work in weekly sprints, leveraging tools like Loom and async communication for clear, iterative progress.

Collaborative

Everyone presents and contributes—if you prefer a quiet, top-down agency, we’re probably not the right fit.
